How Rick Devens Won the Final Head of Household
The final Head of Household competition ran in three parts. Taylor took the first part, and Rick won the second and the third, which handed him the one decision that mattered: who to take to the end and who to evict.
Rick had started the game in an alliance with Drew Campbell, and the two were close from day one. At the final three, Taylor made a strong case that Rick could not win if he sat next to Drew. Rick evicted Drew, who left in tears, and chose to go to the finale with Taylor. That move shaped the result: Drew went to the jury, and then voted for Rick anyway.
The jury questioned both finalists before voting, and six of the seven jurors then voted for Rick.
