What Is Yellowjackets Season 4 About?
Yellowjackets follows a high school girls’ soccer team whose plane crashes in the remote northern wilderness in 1996, and tells the story in two timelines: the teens fighting to survive, and the same women 25 years later as the past catches up with them.
In Season 4, the team is finally rescued. The official synopsis says the survivors race to bury their sins before rescue arrives, and an old flame returns to town with plans of her own. Variety says the survivors are back in New Jersey after 19 months in the wilderness, and that not every homecoming is joyful. As TV Insider describes it, their struggle to readjust to life at home leads to violence.
