What Is King About?
The makers have not released a synopsis. What they have shown is a series of posters and a first glimpse with a title theme. King Movie Budget
The producers have not announced a budget. Outlets have reported estimates between Rs 350 crore and Rs 450 crore, and the higher figure would make King the most expensive film of Shah Rukh Khan’s career, ahead of Jawan and Pathaan. Siddharth Anand replied “False” on X to the Rs 450 crore report, without saying which figure he disputed. We will update this section if the makers confirm a number.
King Movie Director and Crew
Siddharth Anand directs and co-produces with Gauri Khan and Mamta Anand. This is his second film with Shah Rukh Khan after Pathaan. Sujoy Ghosh wrote the story, and the film is made by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures.
King Movie Music: Composers and Songs
The soundtrack has two composers. Anirudh Ravichander scores the film and also composes songs, and Sachin-Jigar compose songs for it as well. The title theme, They Call Him King, arrived with the first glimpse in November 2025. Shah Rukh Khan said during an Ask SRK session in September that Arijit Singh is working on a song for the film and still adding finishing touches. No song release dates have been announced.
