What Is The Devil’s Plan: Dead Again?
The Devil’s Plan is a South Korean reality game show in which players live together and compete in brain games, from card games and board games to deduction and strategy puzzles, for a cash prize. Alliances, betrayals and bluffs matter as much as raw intelligence.
Season 2 was built around the “Death Room” where prison matches were played. For season 3, Netflix says the subtitle “Dead Again” hints at survival veterans who have already tasted elimination coming back to risk it all again. The poster tagline is “The Return. The Real Showdown.”

Netflix revealed the full lineup in early October and described it as the show’s “dream lineup.” It mixes the two previous champions, poker players, survival-show veterans, an idol, rappers and first-time competitors from outside the genre. Who to Watch: Rivalries and Alliances
Jang Dongmin and Oh Hyunmin. Netflix describes them as the legendary “Jang-Oh Alliance,” and both are survival-show regulars. In the teaser, Jang tells the others he plans to eliminate them all anyway. Jung Wonyoung is shown wanting to break the pair up.
Two champions in one room. Ha Seok-jin won season 1 and Jeong Hyun-gyu won season 2. The trailer shows Jeong facing Jang Dongmin, which sets up the first big clash between a past winner and the survival-show record holder.
The poker table. Hong Jinho, Kim Dong-jae and Yurisa all bring professional or tournament poker experience, which should matter in bluffing and betting games.
Newcomers. Netflix highlights the “hidden firepower” of the first-time survival players in the lineup. In the teaser, Shindong reacts that everything looks different from what he expected.

Trailer and What Is New This Season
Netflix released the first teaser on October 13 alongside the release date and poster, and the official trailer followed on October 26. Both focus on the new lineup and on how the games have changed.
The biggest rule change, according to the trailer coverage, is that running out of Pieces, the game’s tokens, no longer eliminates a player automatically. Match results decide who stays, and players can move between the living area and the prison area more freely than before. That lets players take bigger risks, because a bad round no longer ends their game on its own.

The Devil’s Plan: Dead Again streams only on Netflix, which premieres it globally on November 10. Seasons 1 and 2 are also on Netflix, including in the United States.
