2018 had been the year of cricketers. Undoubtedly, the players were great and 2018 saw the rise of so many new players. While the year was great for Indian cricketers, it was no less for the international cricketers. Debutants such as Mayank Agarwal, Vihari and more had proved their potential in the matches against Australia and Sri Lanka respectively. The players such as Virat Kohli, Joe Root, AB de Villiers gave their best on the fields. And ICCC did rank its best players of 2018 and they are as follows in the ranking of 10 to 1.

10. Top Cricketers: Kane Williamson

We all know this famous International Captain of the New Zealand Team. Kane is a right handed batsman with a rating of 750. As far as bowling is concerned he is an off-spinner in some cases. Kane is regarded to be one of the best batsmen that our generation has ever seen. Kane made his debut in the ODI match on 10 August 2010 against India and in the same year, 4 November he made his test debut against India too. It was during the 2014 year that Williamson made his best appearance. His first World Cup appearance was in 2015.

Quinton de Knock stands at the sixth position with the ranking of 808. This professional South African plays for the South African national team and Titans in the Home Ground. He also has a successive IPL career as a team member of Mumbai Indians. He was given the title of Cricketer of the Year during the 2017 Annual Awards of Cricket South Africa. De Knock made his test debut in 20 February 2014 against Australia and ODI test debut against New Zealand in 19 January, 2013. His T20I debut was in 21 December 2012 against New Zealand.

He is the captain since 2013. He made his test debut against West Indies in 20 June 2011 and ODI debut against Sri Lanka in 18 August 2008. With the current ranking with 876, he made his T20I debut in 25 November, 2018.
