Directed by Daniel O’Hara, the series was first announced back in October 2020 and soon just to drop it back for another whole year. Stay Close is based on Harlan Coben’s mystery book of the same name. Netflix has already adopted Coben’s other works like The Stranger, The Innocent, Safe, The Woods, and Gone for Good.

Netflix will turn Coben’s all 14 books into series as per the deal. That’s why fans are getting too excited about Stay Close. The theme of the story follows three people, Megan, Ray, and Broome, who have their own secrets and a dark past. Megan is a single working mother of 3 who has been running away from her dark past. Ray was known for his famous documentary photography and is now working as a page-3 photographer clicking rich celebrity kids’ pictures. The third person on the list is Broome, who works as a detective and is still obsessed with one of his old cases of a missing person. One day Megan’s old friend, Lorraine, gives some secret information about Megan’s past that will entangle all of these three people’s lives together. Now whether they will be gobbled up by their past or win against is something to see.

After Netflix dropped its first trailer, fans knew this would be one good mystery ride. The series will unfold all the drama and mystery with 8 full one-hour episodes.
