‘Shehzada: Duniya ka Sabse Gareeb Prince’, Starring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon

‘Shehzada’ is an upcoming movie featuring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon in the lead roles. The movie was scheduled for release this February 10, 2023, but the success of Shahrukh’s ‘Pathaan’ caused the makers to delay its theatrical release by a week. ‘Shehzada’ is now set to hit the theater on February 17, 2023. 

This movie is a remake of the 2022 Telugu movie ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ which had Allu Arjun as the lead character. Allu Arjun played the role of a young man whose father always scorned him and deprived him of things as Allu was the son of a millionaire who was exchanged with his own son during their birth. 

‘Shehzada: Duniya ka Sabse Gareeb Prince’ has been made under the direction of Rohit Dhawan and is a production of T-Series Films, Haarika & Hassine Creations, Geetha Arts and Brat Films. The songs of the movie have been composed by Pritam, and the lyrics are written by Mayur Puri, Kumaar, IP Singh, and Shloke Lal.

Kartik Aaryan will be seen playing the lead role of Bantu in the movie, and Kriti Sanon will play the role of Samara, his love interest. The movie also stars – Paresh Rawal as Valmiki Upadhyay who is Bantu’s foster father, Manisha Koirala as Yashu, who plays Bantu’s mother, Ronit Roy as Randeep Nanda who is Bantu’s biological father, Rajpal Yadav as Inspector Satish Yadav, Sachin Khedekar as Aditya Jindal, Debattama Saha as Bantu’s sister. Ankur Rathee as Raj, Sunny Hinduja, and Vin Rana as Bantu’s colleagues. 

The trailer of the movie is already out, and people seem to have given several positive reviews and are looking forward to its release. Considering the success of the original Telugu movie, the makers expect ‘Shehzada’ to earn at least Rs. 100 crores in the box office.
