Week 5 of Dancing with the Stars Season 35 is Super Bowl Night, the show’s first ever, airing Tuesday, October 13, 2026 from 8 to 10 p.m. ET on ABC. The 11 remaining couples will dance to songs from past Super Bowl halftime shows, and ESPN’s Joe Buck joins the judges’ table as a guest judge. It streams on Disney+, with episodes arriving on Hulu the next day.

Joe Buck, the ESPN Monday Night Football announcer, sits alongside regular judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli for the night. He is in his 29th season calling NFL games and first became a household name for football fans when he called a full slate of games for Fox in the 1994-95 season. The theme also previews ABC and ESPN’s coverage of Super Bowl LXI in February 2027.
Maura Higgins and Mark Ballas lead the leaderboard after scoring 25 out of 30 on Mariah Carey Night, ahead of Ezra Frech and Daniella Karagach, Harry Shum Jr. and Jenna Johnson, and Jenna Dewan and Val Chmerkovskiy, who each scored 24. At the other end, Guillermo Rodriguez and Witney Carson scored 13 and will want a bigger number on a night built around Bad Bunny’s Tití Me Preguntó.
