URI: The Surgical Strike: Box-office Favorite

The movie stars Vicky Kaushal and no doubt, this person has to be appreciated for his acting. Apart from Vicky, the movie also stars, Yami Gautam, Mohit Raina, and Paresh Rawal. By the end of Tuesday, trade analyst, Taran Adarsh wrote that the movie was a favorite for the Bollywood audience. He took to Two to write, “Uri: The Surgical Strike is winning hearts and wooing the box office with Josh. This one’s an audience-favorite and also a box office-favorite.”

On Tuesday itself, the movie was able to collect Rs 6.30 crore, a little less compared to the amount collected on Monday. Aditya Dhar directed Uri and it already has a strong hold over movies such as The Accidental Prime Minister and Why Cheat India. By the end of the third week, the movie had already gripped everyone’s attention collecting a whopping sum of Rs 122 crore.

URI: The Surgical Strike: Competition to Peers

URI is Vicky Kaushal’s first movie as an actor in the lead role and he has left spellbound with his acting skills as always. The film made its way to the theatres on 11 January and since then it had been able to capture the attention of the audience. URI: The Surgical Strike: On the verge of beating Raazi

Uri is on the verge of beating the lifetime collection of Raazi. In Raazi, Vicky Kaushal played the role of Pakistani Army officer married to the character of Alia Bhatt, an Indian spy. However, his role in Uri is a totally contrasting one, playing the role of an Indian army official. Although there are mixed reviews for the film, it has completely received appreciation from the people.

The film entered the Rs 100-crore club within 10 days. With such a higher income, the film has become the blockbuster for the year. It is expected that the movie may slow down with the release of Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi of Kangana Ranaut and Nawazuddin’s Thackeray.
