Vijan’s Third Installment, Bhediya, is set to Roll in Cinemas in November – Watch the First Trailer Now!

Dinesh Vijan’s horror comedy-verse upcoming installment is Bhediya. Featuring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon as the main star cast, this horror comedy flick is all set to release next month. Stree (2018) and Roohi (2021) are the other two movies in this franchise. All these movies are set in the same universe. Fans have shown their love for the other two movies. Can Bhediya live up to its expectations?

Bhediya Starcast

Besides Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon as the main leads, we will see many other great actors like Abhishek Banerjee, Deepak Dobriyal, and Paalin Kabak. Sources said over 70% of the cast includes artists from Arunachal Pradesh. Arunanchal rapper K4 Kheko will also be featured in this film.

This upcoming horror-comedy is directed by Amar Kaushik, who also directed “Bala” and “Stree”. The story is created by Niren Bhatt, who wrote “Asur” and the popular TV show “Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah”. The film is produced by Vijan under and under the banner of Maddock Films and Jio Studios.

Bhediya Budget

Vijan’s third installment of his horror comedy-verse, Bhediya, has set the bar higher. Bhediya will be the first Hindi movie to collaborate with Mr. X studio. Mr. X studio was behind the effects of ‘WandaVision’, ‘Mortal Kombat’, ‘Hellboy’, and ‘Ad Astra’ and will deliver a stunning visual world in ‘Bhediya’. The film is heavily VFX based, so naturally, the film’s budget is higher than the first two movies. The first two films’ combined box office collection was Rs 210 crore with a combined Rs 40 crore budget. However, Bhediya is said to have over 60 crores of budget.

Bhediya Trailer & Release Date

Last year Varun posted the first look and a short promo clip of the film on his official Twitter account. Fans are now excited about its first trailer launch on Oct 19. The first trailer was announced on Sept 30 at 11 AM. You can watch the trailer on Maddock Films official YouTube channel.

Varun posted a small announcement video on his Instagram and Twitter. Both the stars have been sharing small clips of the shoot and the BTS photos. Bhediya will hit cinemas worldwide on Nov 25, 2022.

Plus, Dinesh Vijan has already confirmed is upcoming installment as well. Munjha is the project of Vijan which will feature Tara Sutaria and Vicky Kaushal. The shooting will begin soon.
