Every year, during Diwali, people celebrate the symbolic return of Lord Ram by lighting lamps in homes and streets. This moving scene memorializes his triumph over the demon king Ravana and his return to Ayodhya following a 14-year banishment.
However, in a short while, the historic city of Ayodhya itself will resound with hymns, festivity, and unmatched happiness as it witnesses its momentous return — the opening of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir, also respectfully referred to as Ram Janmabhoomi.
There are just a few months until the Ayodhya Ram Mandir is completed, which means the building is almost complete.
On the occasion of the temple opening, invitations have been offered to venerated saints from all traditions and significant individuals who contribute to the country’s prestige. A Tent City has been created in the new Teerthakshetrapuram (Bag Bijaisi), which comprises six tubewell, six kitchen buildings, and a hospital with ten beds.
Approximately 150 doctors nationwide have agreed to work in rotation at this hospital. Langars, community kitchens, food distribution facilities, and eating spaces will be established around the town.
Here, we will get into the Ram Mandir’s architectural elements and other important details.
The temple space is 54,700 square feet or around 2.7 acres of land. With a total area of around 70 acres, the Ram Mandir Complex would have enough space to accommodate one million worshippers at a time.
The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is overseeing the construction of the temple.
