
Jennifer Garner plays Hannah in the new miniseries ‘The Last Thing He Told Me’ where she tries to find out how her husband mysteriously disappeared. The miniseries will premiere next month in April on Apple TV+. It is based on a novel of the same name written by Laura Dave.
The book ‘The Last Thing He Told Me’ was New York Times bestseller and topped the list for five non-consecutive weeks. The book reached The New York Times Best Seller list for 48. It was also the best-selling novel on IndieBound for four months. On release, it also topped the charts in Canada for four consecutive weeks.
Hannah and her stepdaughter Bailey suddenly find themselves amidst an investigation after Hannah’s husband Owen mysteriously disappears, leaving her a note to protect his teenage daughter. Although Bailey and Hannah do not get along, Bailey trusts Hannah to find out what happened to her father after she finds a duffle bag full of cash. While the FBI is already investigating an embezzlement and associating Owen with it, Hannah decides to learn the truth using her own ways.

The lead cast for this limited series includes Jennifer Garner as Hannah, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Owen, Angourie Rice as Bailey, Aisha Tyler as Jules, Geoff Stults as Jake, John Harlan Kim as Bobby, and Augusto Aguilera as Grady.
The miniseries has been written by Laura Dave, author of the book on whom the series is based. Laura Dave, along with her husband Josh Singer, have jointly created this miniseries. Olivia Newman was responsible for the direction while the companies Hello Sunshine, Red Om Films, and 20th Television took care of the production.
The makers released the official trailer two weeks back, and it is available to watch on YouTube.
The miniseries will be released in seven episodes. The first episode will be telecast on April 14, 2023, while the last episode will be available for the audience on May 19, 2023. Except for the first week, when the makers will release two episodes, a single episode will be released in the following weeks. The audience will be able to watch it on Apple TV+.
