The Amazing Race 39 Elimination Order: Who Has Been Eliminated So Far

Four teams have been eliminated from The Amazing Race 39, and nine are still racing for $1 million. The order so far is Zach and Nate Johnson (Leg 1), Katie and Charlotte Schultz (Leg 2), Jody Rebhun and Jenn Naso (Leg 3) and Cody Langlois and Jaime Tribo (Leg 4).

How Each Team Went Home

Leg 1, Vancouver: Zach and Nate Johnson

The Dallas brothers finished last at the first Pit Stop after losing time at the Detour. Erin and Javi won the leg after using their Express Pass at the first Roadblock, a leap from the rafters of BC Place to catch a salmon.

Leg 2, Madrid: Katie and Charlotte Schultz

The sisters from Kentucky were the last team to check in at the Pit Stop in Madrid, which left 11 teams. Ali and Joanna won the leg, and three teams used an Express Pass along the way: Daisha and Dalton, Cody and Jaime, and Jody and Jenn.

Leg 3, Morocco: Jody Rebhun and Jenn Naso

Episode 3 ended on a cliffhanger, with Doug and Dylan and Jody and Jenn racing each other to the Pit Stop in Morocco. Episode 4 opened with Doug and Dylan crossing the mat first, which put Jody and Jenn out in 11th place. Ann-Marie and Riley won the leg after using their Express Pass, and Anuar and Andrea also used theirs to skip the Detour.

Leg 4, Morocco: Cody Langlois and Jaime Tribo

Cody and Jaime, the siblings from Los Angeles and the Chicago area, finished last on the fourth leg and went home in 10th place. Michelle and Matt won the leg, which ended at the Ben Youssef Madrasa in Marrakesh. Dafina and Saran used their new Roadside Assistance advantage at the Roadblock, and no one played an Express Pass.

Who Is Left in The Amazing Race 39?

Nine of the 13 teams remain. Here is where they stand after Leg 4, in finishing order.

Express Pass and Roadside Assistance Status

Every team started with an Express Pass, and each must be played by the end of Leg 6. Three are still unused, held by Ali and Joanna, Conner and Garrett, and Michelle and Matt. Zach and Nate and Katie and Charlotte left the race without playing theirs, and Cody and Jaime and Jody and Jenn used theirs in Leg 2.

Roadside Assistance, which Dafina and Saran found hidden in a pottery jug in Leg 3, lets one partner call the other in to help at a Roadblock. They played it in Leg 4, so it is no longer in play.

What Is Next: Leg 5 and Episode 5

Leg 5 takes the nine teams from Morocco to Tirana, Albania. Episode 5, titled “That’s Honestly on Them,” airs Wednesday, October 21, at 9:30 p.m. ET on CBS and streams on Paramount+. We will add the next elimination here as soon as it airs.
