To remain in the villa, contestants form couples and must avoid being eliminated. Additionally, viewers have the opportunity to vote for their favorite islanders to remain on the show. As contestants are eliminated, new individuals join the villa. Ultimately, at the conclusion of the season, the public cast a final vote to determine the winning couple.
