Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 Contestants: Elimination Today and Golden Chair Winners so Far

The 10th season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa on Colors has started with a bang. The show introduced 12 celebrity contestants.

The contestants and their dance partners performed impressively during the season’s opening week. They are all doing their best to perform as the tournament has started.

The contestants paid tribute to their favorite icons on the most recent episode of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10. The performers of the last episode included Niti Taylor, Shilpa Shinde, Amruta Khanvilkar, Paras Kalnawat, and Gunjan Sinha. This year, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa has included a number of new parts, one of which involves the “Golden Chair” and obtaining “Jhalak passports”. The creators also introduced the “Sahi Hai” ticket. 

Every week, a contestant and their partner have to win a championship to stay in the show.

Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 Golden Chair Winners

The Golden Chair winners, so far are,

• Gashmeer Mahajani and Romsha Singh
• Nia Sharma and Tarun Raj Nihalani
• Amruta Khanvilkar and Pratik Utekar
• Niti Taylor and Akash Thapa
• Faisal Shaikh and Vaishnavi

This week, Gashmeer Mahajani and his partner Romsha Singh took home the Golden Chair based on the performance. As the first pair to win the Golden Chair twice, Gashmeer Mahajani and Romsha Singh were exempt from being eliminated in Week 3 and Week 4, respectively.

The second pair to get the Golden Chair was Nia Sharma and Tarun Raj Nihalani.

Gashmeer and Romsha outperformed Nia Sharma and her companion Tarun Raj to obtain this position. Nia resisted going in jest, so Tarun helped her down as Gashmeer and Romsha sat on the chair. He and Romsha made a tribute to Shah Rukh Khan, the legendary actor from Bollywood and danced to the well-known song “Chal Chaiyya Chaiyya” from the movie Dil Se. The judges were amazed by the performance and were greatly moved by his act.

Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 Elimination

Ali Asgar became the first contestant to get eliminated from JDJ 10. With Dheeraj’s exit, the competition is now rife between the remaining contestants.

Dheeraj Dhoopar’s journey on JDJ is over because he has been put on bed rest owing to medical issues. At the end of the episode, Karan lets everyone know there won’t be an eviction this week and bids them farewell.

On October 23, there were no eliminations whereas Niti and Faisal got the golden stamp on their passport.

The double elimination week ended on 6th November saw Paras and Amruta getting eliminated whereas Niti Taylor was saved. Post elimination, Niti mentioned,

“I never expected the double elimination twist, and I’m sad that I’m not part of the dance battle on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 anymore.”

On November 20, Niti Taylor and Nia Sharma were evicted in a double elimination.
