Bridgerton, one of the popular American rom-com that streamed on Netflix, is coming back with its second season. Created by Chris Van Dusen and produced by Shonda Rhimes is an extract of Julia Quinn’s novels. The immensely engaging first season of this television series was launched with so much excitement on Dec 25th, 2020. No releases date has been declared so far as the shooting is underway. The filming most probably took place at the beginning of April this year (2021). However, as per the report, due to one of the crew members coming forward with COVID-19 positive, the shooting got deferred. Mid this month, a few crew members came forward with a positive COVID report. After a certain interval period, the shooting again started. As per the showrunner, the editing part is underway, and season 2 is most probably going to be seemingly aired in 2022.
The release date is not out so far. As per the report, most probably, the release date is going to take place in the coming year, 2022. A 16-second video clip of Bridgerton season 2 demonstrating the meeting of Kate and Anthony spills a lot of excitement among the viewers. In the end, it shows a line popping up over the screen “Coming 2022”.
Charithra Chandran is going to play the role of Edwina Sharma, while Kate’s younger sister and Shelley Conn will be seen to play the character of Mary Sharma, Kate’s mother.
